Crash Replacement

Cycling is about pushing limits, exploring new roads, and enjoying the ride.
Unfortunately, crashes can happen. At LAU, we want to help you get back on the bike.

How It Works

If you damage your LAU product in a cycling crash, you can receive 30% off a replacement product. To apply for Crash Replacement, please contact us with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged product
• A brief description of the incident

We will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible.

Conditions

The LAU Crash Replacement Program applies to:

• Products purchased directly from LAU
• Damage caused by a cycling crash
• Claims made within 12 months of the original purchase date

The replacement product will be the same product and size where available. If the original product is unavailable, LAU may offer a comparable alternative.

The program does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by incorrect care or washing
• Cosmetic changes from regular use
• Loss or theft

Each request is reviewed individually, and LAU reserves the right to approve or decline claims.
